What Information We Collect

When you create an account or enroll, we collect account information, course enrollment, course progress, assessment results, certificate records, payment confirmation and transaction identifiers, and standard website and technical information. We do not store your complete credit card number.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to maintain learner accounts, deliver course content, track progress, issue and verify Certificates of Completion, process payments, respond to support requests, send opted-in program communications, and operate and improve the platform.

Payment Processing and Service Providers

Payments are processed through Stripe. We also use authentication services such as Clerk. These providers access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Employer Program Visibility

If enrollment is connected to an employer cohort, a manager may see enrollment status, overall progress percentage, and completion date. They cannot see individual assessment responses, personal reflections, or private account details.

Data Security and Information Requests

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Contact maintenancesupervisoracademy@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, to the extent permitted by law.
