About Maintenance Supervisor Academy

Maintenance Supervisor Academy provides professional development and educational training for maintenance technicians and supervisors. By accessing or using the academy website or any course content, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Program and Certificate of Completion

Maintenance Supervisor Fundamentals is a self-paced professional development training program. Upon successful completion of the required coursework and Final Assessment, Maintenance Supervisor Academy awards a Certificate of Completion. The certificate confirms completion of this Academy program; it is not accreditation, a state or professional license, a college degree, academic credit, government certification, nationally recognized certification, industry certification, or a third-party maintenance supervisor certification. The program does not prepare students for a third-party maintenance supervisor certification.

Personal Use and Account Sharing

Students receive access to course content for their own personal educational use. Course materials, assessments, graphics, certificates, downloads, and other academy content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, or shared without prior written permission. Students may not share account credentials or course access with any other person.

Certificates

Certificates of Completion are issued only after a student satisfies the applicable completion requirements, including completing required coursework and passing the Final Assessment. The Academy may revoke certificates or access obtained through fraud, account sharing, payment fraud, assessment manipulation, or other misuse.

Purchases, Refunds, and Liability

All purchases are subject to the Refund Policy. The Academy provides educational content on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantee of specific professional outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.
