Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Standard Refund Window

Students may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided they have not completed the Maintenance Supervisor Fundamentals program, passed the Final Assessment, or been issued a Certificate of Completion.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Once a student completes the program, passes the Final Assessment, or a Certificate of Completion has been issued, the purchase is considered fully consumed and is no longer eligible for a standard refund.

Special Circumstances

Refund requests involving duplicate charges, fraudulent transactions, technical errors, or circumstances required by applicable law will be reviewed separately.

How Approved Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit refund or consumer rights under applicable law.
